With our sights set on the future, we’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us deliver our strategy and be the world’s number one supplier of premium wool. 

Job Description

The Role

Are you a sales and account management professional with a passion for wool, clothing and textiles, and building strong commercial relationships? Then look no further, as the Customer Success Manager for Australasia you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, working with the likes of Mons Royale, Max, Barkers, Untouched World, Rodd & Gunn and Bremworth to grow their love of ZQ wool! You will also lead the charge in building new partnerships within Australasia in the wool, clothing and textile industry to help consumers wear more natural fibres. 

As the Customer Success Manager for Australasia you will;

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with customers ensuring they have an exceptional, world class experience with NZM. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing inquiries, supporting marketing efforts, enabling claims and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Amplify our customers brand and value proposition by providing training, support, content and collateral, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Regularly assess and review key customer relationships addressing concerns and implementing improvements i.e. refining engagement strategies, sales process and customer success initiatives.
  • Utilise CRM tools to keep a record of customer information, requirements, and preferences, monitor performance, manage pipeline reports and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish a strong and balanced sales funnel of potential wool, clothing and textile customers throughout Australasia.
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales and Success and the wider team to manage international brand and supply chain customers. 

Desired Skills and Experience

The Person 

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Business
  • 3+ years in account management or sales role
  • Extensive experience in CRM tools (Hubspot desirable)
  • Understanding of the wool, fashion or textile industry, market dynamics and customer segments. 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability of results
