The information you provide on this site is collected by NZM for the purpose of considering you for employment. If your application is successful, we will retain your information as part of your employment records. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain your information on file and may contact you if a suitable employment opportunity arises or if there are other positions available that may be of interest to you.

How your information will be collected?
We collect information from you when you complete the online application form as well as at other stages during the selection process. Any competency testing and your references are also collected. We require this information to be able to consider your application and we will be unable to contact you to advise of your progress with the selection process without this information.
How we keep your information safe?
We take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure, or any other misuse. Only the NZM staff members involved in the recruitment process(es) you are involved in will have access to your personal data.
